A killer who stabbed his victim to death with a hunting knife is accused of selling a rap album he illegally recorded on a mobile phone while behind bars.
Terngu Agera, 27, was jailed for life with a minimum of 30 years for the murder of Zydrunas Laurinavicius, 38, who was stabbed to death in front of his father in north London in 2014.
Mr Laurinavicius was walking home from work and having an ice cream before the unprovoked attack. Terngu Agera, 27, has released an album while serving a life sentence for murder (Picture: Met Police)
Agera, currently held in Belmarsh Prison in south-east London, allegedly recorded a 10-track album on a smuggled phone and was streaming it on Spotify until it was removed 18 months ago.
But the Mirror reports the illegally-made album, titled Exit Wounds, has now been released on CD and is being sold for £9.99.
People who buy the album are reportedly instructed to send money to an online account in the name of Agera’s sister, Masefen, who declined to comment about the allegations. Advertisement Advertisement
A man claiming to be her lawyer said that she allows fans to use her PayPal account but was not involved in the sales.
The lyrics on Agera’s album include: ‘Hit man in his chest and neck then quick flee, looking at life cause was prints in the bloody car, two snitches due stitches, I move vicious.’ Zydrunas Laurinavicius, 38, was stabbed to death in front of his dad with a hunting knife (Picture: Enterprise News and Pictures)
Another line says: ‘Murder squad got me 30 locked, my lawyer said he’ll bring it down.’
Agera released rap songs under the name ‘Mover’ before he was jailed and one of his music videos featured appearances from The Only Way is Essex stars Jasmin Walia and Abi Clarke.
A website which was found to be selling his CD lists his previous career but makes no mention of the murder.
Instead it states a ‘dramatic turn of events’ resulted in his jail sentence and adds: ‘While incarcerated, he put together a final project “Exit Wounds” and Mover has stated this will be the last project he will be making.’ Got a story for Metro.co.uk?
